No. Hours reset each month. This keeps things simple and ensures we're always delivering fresh value rather than banking up work.
If a task goes beyond your retainer scope, such as a new page build or a full redesign, we'll quote it as a separate project. Your monthly report is great at surfacing these opportunities.
Every client gets an automated report covering traffic, top pages, device split, and traffic sources. Growth tier and above also receive tailored recommendations specific to your business.
