We make building websites simple, but we also make sure it's enjoyable. Unlike some web design agencies that work with complex platforms, we build directly onto Squarespace. Designed to be visual, intuitive and accessible, the platform allows us to work in an agile way with our clients. We design and build, they offer feedback, we edit. How a Project Works with Us

Every project starts with a conversation – usually over Zoom, sometimes over coffee if you're London-based. We want to understand your business, your audience, and what you actually want your website to do. Not what you think a website should do. What yours needs to do.

From there, we'll map out a structure, agree on a design direction, and start building. You'll have full visibility throughout. We don't disappear for six weeks and come back with a big reveal. You'll see progress as it happens, give feedback in real time, and have a proper say in how things shape up. By the time we're done, you'll already know your way around the site because you've been part of the process from day one.

We've done a lot of migrations. WordPress to Squarespace. Wix to Squarespace. Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1. Each one has its own quirks, and we've developed a tried-and-tested method for handling them. We work hard behind-the-scenes to deliver a 'copy and paste' effect which is simple on the surface but relies on the 'secret sauce' in our approach.

  • You know your business best, so ideally yes. But we get it – writing copy is hard and finding the right images takes time. If you need help with copywriting, photography, or other assets, we can connect you with our network of creative partners. We'll guide you through the process either way.

  • That's the whole point. Squarespace is designed to be manageable by non-technical people, and we make sure you're confident with it before we hand things over. We also offer training if you want a deeper walkthrough.

  • Absolutely. We migrate sites from WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and older versions of Squarespace on a regular basis. We'll handle the transition and make sure nothing important gets lost along the way.
